Please note a few things before booking,

1. We strongly advise you to stay home if you present with flu like or CoVid symptoms.

2. Once booking is finalised you will receive an email with a patient intake form and CoVid screening attached. Please fill them out before arriving at your appointment. This is my obligation as a therapist but also for your own safety.
